Kogi PDP leader, Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim has on Wednesday hailed Kogi PDP leadership for its decision to hold congresses soon.
This is contained in his reaction to a recent resolution of the party in which the party said it is set to hold consensus congresses across its ward chapters and local government chapters in the state.
The former Kogi PDP guber aspirant urged the party to remain united and committed to the course of presenting itself as an alternative to the people of Kogi state, ahead of the 2023 polls.
“PDP is the only alternative in Kogi state as of today. Fellow Kogites see us (PDP) as the solution to their woes as the APC government is relentlessly punishing them (Kogites) and they can’t wait to return us back to power in the state, come 2023,” the Ochada Onuife who is also the Wazari Jakadan of Sokoto state said.
