Kogi NYCN Lauds Engr. Bashiru Gegu’s Support For Youths
The role and contribution of Engr. Bashiru Gegu has been described as one that is worthy of commendation by National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter.
In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, the State Chairman of NYCN, Comr. Ben Jerry said the Council is proud of the contributions thus far made by the Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources to the State Youths.
The State Chairman praised the role played by Engr. Bashiru in stabilizing the Council during it crisis as well as his role in the emergence of the new leadership.
” The NYCN and is proud of him. We sincerely appreciate his support and urged other well meaning individuals to emulate his contributions to Youth development”.
” We are proud to State that his contributions to youths in Kogi, particularly in Gegu has helped in the reduction of many anti social vices. His empowerment of Youth is unprecedented”.
The State Chairman congratulated the Commissioner For his reapportionment, described it as well deserved and a call for more Youth support, particularly to the NYCN.
Similarly, the Chairman congratulated the Commissioner on the emergence of the new Ohimegye, said his role helped in making peace and ensuring that the youths didn’t forment crisis
Comr. Jerry wished Engr. Bashiru more successes in his future political career, prayed God for more elevation for him.
