This is to appreciate everyone who took out time to lend a voice to the good course we fought for. No matter what, I remain a fulfilled young man who waved aside undue pressure from Political opportunists to give the Chairmanship position a good try.
The Ideals I stood gallantly for was for justice and equal opportunity for all the contestants.
I therefore congratulate my dear brother and friend Comrade Ogohi Mayor Samuel for his victory at the just concluded election. I want to equally congratulate all the elected officials for the feats. It is not a mean feat at all.
One special takeaway for me though, was the great unity of purpose displayed by all stakeholders from Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency. Their resolute disposition paved way for victory for their own. A great lesson for my own people of Idah Federal Constituency who stood hands akimbo to watch only me face the powerful storm all by myself. In all, I won’t forget the lesson it thought me. For when one door closes, another one opens.
