Kogi NULGE President Expresses Appreciation to Gov. Ododo As LG Workers Get 100% Salaries After 15 Years
The President, Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, Kogi State Chapter,
Comr. Sanusi Mohammed has expressed appreciation to Gov Usman Ahmed Ododo for the payment of a hundred percent salaries to workers in the Local Government level.
The NULGE President described the feat as another first scored by Gov. Ododo after fifteen years.
According to Comr. Sanusi, the last time workers in the Local Government Areas of the State received full salaries was under the administration of former Gov Ibrahim Idris, described the 100% salaries as unprecedented.
He described the coincidence of the payment of full salaries to LG workers coinciding with the supreme Court victory of Gov. Ododo as a double victory for Local Government workers.
He congratulated Gov Ododo for the victory, assured of the support of Local Government workers to the administration now and always.
The President called on the workers at the Local Government to show unresolved and uncompromising support to the administration of Gov Ododo.
