Kogi Mining License: Mr Okuntimo Commends Governor Ododo
The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo have been commended for acquiring mining licences and also purchasing mining equipments for the state. The Managing Director of Meena Technology Nigeria, Mr Imole Okuntimo express joy that the administration of His Excellency have taken the part of Economic recovery by diversifying the revenue sources of the state. He appreciated the The Administration of His Excellency for adopting sustainable practices in the mining sector, improving mine planning by leveraging on technology, and addressing environmental and social impact. He also appreciates the Commissioner for Solid Minerals Engr Bashir Gegu for pioneering this all important initiative.
In his words “Kogi State is the home base of over thirty Known Mineral resources in the country. We cannot leave them unharnessed” Mr Okuntimo also thanked the people of Kogi State for their continued support and prayers for the success of the Administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo while reiterating the support of his organisation in ensuring the Kogi State efforts towards Economic diversification yields the desired gains.
