Kogi State chapter of Jama’atu Nasril Islam has called for mutual understanding among religious groups as Christians celebrate Easter.
The call is contained in a Press Release jointly signed by the State Chairman, Ambassador Usman Bello and Secretary, Alhaji Isa Adeboye.
The statement implored Christians to celebrate the event with nostalgia mindful of the sacrifices of Jesus Christ who preached peace throughout his mission, stressing the need for more inter religious collaborations.
Kogi State JNI used the opportunity to congratulate Christians in the State and wished them well in the years ahead.
