Kogi IPAC Expresses Dissatisfaction With Gov. Ododo’s Non Inclusive Leadership Style.

 

… Says Governor patronizes people creating political turmoil, openly engaging government policies.

The Inter party advisory Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter has expressed dissatisfaction with the leadership style of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo, pointing out that the administration is not inclusive.

The IPAC in a Press release issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, carpeted Gov. Ododo in the manner he is treating opposition political parties in the State since his assumption of office, expressed dismay that he has turned his back against them.

IPAC says it has observed with dismay that relevance is given to those creating political turmoil and openly engaging government policies and style of leadership by Gov Ododo, said it is unacceptable to IPAC who stood with him all through.

In the statement signed by Hon. Iliyas Badanga, IPAC Chairman
Kogi State, fingered the administration of Gov. Ododo for not practicing inclusive leadership style of administration as promised.

“Inter party advisory Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter wish to address entire kogites on recent political shenanigans and the way opposition political parties are treated in the State, we’ve keenly watched the political development in the State since the assumption of the Executive Governor, the Chief Servant of Kogi State Alh Usman Ahmed Ododo”, expressed dissatisfaction.

“We make bold to say that the opposition political parties are not fairly treated especially the promise of an all inclusive governance as exemplified by the President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu”.

IPAC explained that Gov. Ododo’s style of administration is detrimental to the political parties that stood with All progressive Congress (APC) during the contentious Governorship election that produced him as Governor.

“It was based on the tripod of inclusive leadership that we built our common understanding to have a peaceful political environment for a cordial working relationship to attain a Kogi of our dream”, unfortunately that has not been so.

“Your desire to build a Kogi State devoid of political differences to achieve peace and tranquility for proper administrative drive is commendable but not at the detriment of the political parties that stood with All progressive Congress (APC) during the contentious Governorship election that produced Alh Usman Ahmed Ododo”.

“We’ve carefully observed with dismay that relevance is given to those creating political turmoil and openly engaging government policies and style of leadership.

IPAC Kogi State warn that it loyalty to cooperate with the ruling All Progressive Congress should not be misconstrued to be cowardice, said it support for Gov. Ododo was based on competence, lamented that that gesture has not been reciprocated.

IPAC however Commended Alh Usman Ahmed Ododo and the leadership of APC for their show of maturity, dexterity and resilience to have contained tranquility and peace in the face of provocation during the recall process of Sen. Natasha Akpoti Udaughan, Senator Representing Kogi Central.

IPAC used the medium to call on Senator Natasha Akpoti udauanga to exercise restraint and adopt a more matured approach to settling the umpasse rather than resulting to public and media trial of her grievances for a more permanent solutions.

IPAC commended Gov. Ododo for the maturity, dexterity and resilience to have ensured tranquility and peace in the face of provocation.

“Our loyalty to cooperate with the ruling All Progressive Congress should not be misconstrued to be cowardice, but to have a State where the son of a no political godfather can aspire to become somebody due to his/her competences and capacity to contribute meaningfully to our political development”.

On the recall of Senator representing Central senatorial district, Sen Natasha Akpoti Udaughan,
“IPAC wish to advise that the recall issue can be settled on the round table maturely than the political solution adopted by recalling her from the Senate”.

“We use this medium to call on our distinguished Senator Natasha Akpoti Udaughan to exercise restraint and adopt a more matured approach to settling the impasse than resulting to public and media trial of her grievances for a more permanent solutions”.

“We commend Alh Usman Ahmed Ododo and the leadership of APC for their show of maturity, dexterity and resilience to have contained tranquility and peace in the face of provocation”.

“We use this medium to call on our distinguished Senator Natasha Akpoti Udaughan to exercise restraint and adopt a more matured approach to settling the impasse than resulting to public and media trial of her grievances for a more permanent solutions”.

“Finally, we appeal to His Excellency Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo to remember his promise of forming all inclusive government as exemplified by the president His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a more cordial working relationship in a renewed hope agenda of the presidency”.
