Kogi Government Announces Revised Date For Conduct Of Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE)

Lokoja, November 20, 2020.

 

Kogi State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced the revised date for the conduct of Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) in the State.

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry Pastor Emmanuel Idenyi made the disclosure shortly after a management meeting held in his office to appraise the conduct of the 2020 Common Entrance Examination and First School Leaving Certificate Examination recently held in the State.

According to the Permanent Secretary the conduct of Basic Education Certificate Examination BECE has been scheduled to take place between Tuesday 24th November, 2020 to Wednesday 2nd December, 2020.

Pastor Idenyi also disclosed that the Lokoja custodian Centre at St Luke Primary School has been relocated to the Conference Hall of the Ministry’s headquarters Lokoja, to ensure proper monitoring at the centre.

He urged all the key stakeholders to take note of this development and sustain their usual support to ensure a smooth and credible conduct of the exercise.
