With reference to our earlier directive dated 20 of March., 2023 for Schools to close down for the General elections, I have been directed to inform you that the resumption date as earlier announced remains the same.
All Basic and Secondary Schools In the State will resume for normal academic activities on Monday 13th of March, 2023. Boarding School Students are to resume on Sunday 12 March, 2023.
Additionally, to make up for the three (3) weeks lost during the General elections, (the Ministry has adjusted the third term resumption date for Basic and Secondary Schools in the State to 24tg of April, 2023 instead of 8th of May, 2023 as earlier circulated.
All Schools Administrators, Proprietors and Principals are kindly requested to adhere strictly to these directives,
