Hajiya Habiba Umar urged the Senator Elect to see his victory as victory for all the people of the district irrespective of whatever divide, said as a man with a midas touch, she expressed optimism that he will once again reenact his magic wands like he has always done in past responsibilities by bringing the much desired democracy dividends to the people using the instrumentality of legislation.
