Kogi Central Forum of SSAs reinstates Hon AA Okene as Substantive Chairman, launches Secretariat to support the Administration of their Principal, endorsed GOYDEP Initiative.
The Forum of Kogi Central Senior Special Assistants to the Executive Governor of Kogi State Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo today the 5th of July, 2025 held a meeting at its usual meeting point (the Ohinoyi’s palace Okene) to brainstorm and strategize on how to improve their grassroot sensitization and mobilization for the APC led administration in Kogi State and beyond.
Hon. AA Okene who previously resigned as the Chairman of the forum was equally reinstated by the Congress following the agreement reached at the APC Zonal Chairman’s office.
The Congress also rejigged the Executive structure by appointing Hon. Yakubu Suberu (OKEHI) as the substantive Vice Chairman, Hon Yakubu Saka Onuja (Ajaokuta) as the Secretary, Hon Halimat Yahaya aka Hajiya Onyi Ataba (Adavi) as the Treasurer and Hon. Suleiman Ajagu (Okene) as the ag. Public Relation Officer.
The Congress also endorsed GOYDEP Initiative of Hon. Zubairu Adinoyi Jamiu to be carried out via the HASOYEF foundation of Her Excellency the wife of the Governor.
Shortly after the Adjournment of the meeting, the Honourable SSAs proceeded to the Forum’s Secretariat as donated by Hon. Lawi AT Ahmed for the smooth running of the SSAs activities in Kogi Central and was commissioned by the APC ZONAL CHAIRMAN KOGI CENTRAL Hon. Muazu Anumoku.
The Congress adjourned to the 26th of July, 2025.
