Youth in Idah, Ayingba and Ejule, have resolved to vote massively for the All Progressives Congress Governorship Candidate, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo in the forthcoming November 11 Governorship election.
This is as the Kogi State APC Youth Leader urged them to see the aspiration as another opportunity for Youths to consolidate on the driver’s seat role they have occupied in the last seven years.
The Youths made the commitment to shun ethnic sentiment at a meeting organized by Mohammad U Mohammed, the kogi State APC Youth Leader at Idah, Ayingba and Ejule today.
According to Samson Ipeh, Atuluku Negedi and Salimat Kasirat, they all assured that they are looking at a bigger picture of Youth involvement in governance beyond 2024.
” Without over stating the obvious, we the youths have never been given a sense of belonging like we are witnessing under the administration of Gov Bello, so we will work assiduously for the APC Governorship Candidates “, they maintained.
The Kogi State APC Youth Leader urged the various youths he visited to see the election as an opportunity for the consolidation and achievements recorded by the youth demography under Gov. Yahaya Bello’s administration.
While pointing out that under the present administration of Gov. Bello, Youth became leaders of their today, assured of sustainability if Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo is elected.
The Youth leader urged the youths to shun any agenda that is divisive and does not unite the State, urged them to be in the vanguard for a peaceful and credible election.
Highlights of the visit of the State Youth Leader to Idah, Ayingba and Ejule today was the presentation of campaign souvenirs like T-shirts, face caps and cash to the various youth groups.
