The death has occurred of a prominent son of Lokoja, the Makanan Lokoja, Real Admiral Ibrahim Idrisu.
A family source said he died following an illness.
Until his death he was a Senior Council Member of the Lokoja Emirate Council, Makama of Lokoja..
Drisu, who until his death on Monday 25, October held the traditional title of Nakoji of Muye in Niger State, died after a prolonged illness.
As at the time of writing this report, the funeral of late Ibrahim Drisu is yet to be released by the family
Our condolences to HRH Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji (Dr) Muhammadu Kabir Maikarfi 111, Chairman Lokoja Local Goverment traditional council, members of Lokoja traditional title holders, his immediate family and the entire people of Lokoja Emirate Council.
