The Institute of oil and gas research and hydrocarbon recently inducted members into its folds in Abuja. the ceremony took place on December, 10th 2021 at the Nicon luxury hotels in Abuja.
The investiture witnessed the presence of the inductee’s families and friends,It was indeed a celebration galore and monumental achievements to all the inductees as they were all smiling during the induction, our correspondent gathered.
While interacting with our correspondent at the venue of the event, Engr. (Chief) Sir. Ejieke Agbo. S. noted that he was elated to have been recognized by the Institute of oil and gas research and hydrocarbon, saying he was stunned on how the Institute was able to get his profile, even when he was a staff at Julius Belger plc.
Engr. Agbo urges Nigeria leaders to retire home in order to all allow young Nigeria innovators to take over the helm of power where new ideas could be injected into the system, adding that the same leaders who ruled in 1970s were still the ones at the corridor of powers today.
He urged all Nigerians to collectively come together to salvage the country as he has been playing his part and he would continue to do so for the benefit of the Nation.
Engr. Agbo said: ” As an aviator, I am a service provider. I play a huge role ; I had services airplanes that had flew almost everybody in this country, be it president or governors. I will continue to play my role.
” As an engineer, you work well for aircraft to land safely, that is a kudos to you. I have been practicing this license since 1979 and I haven’t witness any incidence”.
Engr Sir.(Chief) Agbo dedicated the award to his late Father whom he said was the bedrock of all he had become today.
