Government have been urged to creat jobs to reduce the security challenges in the country
The head Pastor Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Pastor Moses Ademola Popoola made the call at Beginning the year with prophetic praise at Ilorin district headquaters of the church with the theme: ‘Alpha and Omega’
Popoola noted that when job is created it would reduce crime in the country as lack of job will bring insecurity said ” I want to say to Mr President this silent he is keeping about the issue will only destroy the nation he should be a talking president our governor should also be a talking governor, if anything happened talk, tell them that you are sorry if you keep quiet people will read meaning to your quietness and it will creat problem, they should create job, they should take care of our educational system, strike will make our children end up becoming thugs, repair the roads because there are lot of food in rural area, provide electricity, government should also increase the number of people they employ in police”
He also stressed the need for community policing ” let the Federal government allow state and local government to have their police if each of the community have their police they will know the criminal among them and they will tell the people that this one is a criminal”
Popoola who also frown at the state of health facilities in the country said ” we are still struggling to have good health care government should build good hospital, government should train our people to be good doctors and when they graduate employ them, the problem of accountability is our problem, people should take responsibility, the community should take care of themselves, protect themselves when they go to farm. we should wake up government should provide enough security the botom line is that when job is provided it will reduce crime” he added
He also stressed the need for leaders to take care of the less priviledge ” if every Nigerian will take his neighbour as his own family there will be less problem in this nation, the leaders should care for the followers”
While urging the citizens to put their trust in God and be their neibour’s keeper, he added that they should vote wisely “dont vote for anybody because because he belongs to A party, vote for personality you can have access to, Nigerians should not be afraid to call politicians who fail his responsibility, Nigerian is not taking accountability from his leaders that is why we are in this problem. If a senator representing us fail us, we should call him back home and put another person but because we are always keeping quiet and election will come, they start giving you two thousand naira, the more you take the money the more you destroy your destiny” he lamented
The Cleric who also condemned laziness and begging said ” Nigerians should stop laziness, stop begging, the bible say i will bless the work of your hands people should work.” he added
He also advised the people to observe health protocol “If we observe what we are supose to do it will reduce the spread of disease, the people should do what is necessary and maintain good hygiene.”
He also stressed the need to embrace farming to boost the nation’s economy.
