Independence: Senator Karimi Felicitates Nigerians, Says Tinubu’s Reforms Will Restore Prosperity

 

The Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Sunday Steve Karimi, has felicitated with Nigerians, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the people of Kogi West on the occasion of Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.

In a goodwill message issued on Thursday in Lokoja, Senator Karimi said Nigeria’s Independence anniversary presents another opportunity for sober reflection and renewed commitment to the service of the people of Kogi West and Nigeria at large.

The lawmaker assured his constituents that the anniversary offers a fresh impetus for him to do more in the areas of empowerment, infrastructure, education and human capital development for the benefit of Kogi West.

He called on Nigerians, particularly the people of Kogi West, to keep faith with the country, noting that the current challenges facing the nation are on the verge of being over.

According to him, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has demonstrated dogged commitment, courage and determination to reposition the economy and ensure that Nigeria and her citizens experience greatness and prosperity.

Senator Karimi commended President Tinubu for his bold reforms and far-reaching policies aimed at restoring the nation to the path of sustainable growth, stability and inclusive prosperity.

He wished President Tinubu and all Nigerians a happy Independence celebration, and prayed for continued peace, unity and progress of the country.

“As we celebrate our independence, I urge the good people of Kogi West to remain hopeful and united. With the commitment of President Tinubu, Nigeria is on the path to greatness,” he said.
