Worried by the news that brokeout yesterday and the attendant display of names by unknown sources about members of the TNM led by erstwhile Governor of Kano state, Alhaji Musa Rabiu Kwankwaso, the state executive of PDP in Kogi state swung into action to confirm the authenticity of the Kogi state former Governor’s membership as ascribed to him on the list.
Captain Idris Wada, said ” *I am not a member of TNM, I attended as guest, am still a bonafide member of the great umbrella body, the PDP* ”
The state Treasurer, Hon. Bar. Alfred Bello, who confirmed this, made the response known to the Media and Communications team this morning and like any other great minded PDP member, said *it’s a good developement for the party as PDP Kogi remain undepleted.*
The Media and Communications Directorate of the PDP in Kogi state, refused to fly the names in its report last night, when it reported the incident, because no traceable source to the names listed other than the brief signed by Musa Kwankwaso, which does not contain names.
The Media and Communications Directorate, therefore, onbehalf of the party in the state, call on all members to disregard the mention of H.E Capt. idris Wada as TNM member, while we call on H.E Alhaja Musa Rabiu Kwankwaso and his colleagues to retrace their steps and see how they will join hands to strengthen PDP to kick out APC, describing the action as giving tactical unnecessary and needless failed-hope to the dead-APC….
