The Senator Elect, Kogi Central Senatorial District, Engr. Abubakar Ohere says his overwhelming victory as made possible by the people has rekindled and renewed his commitment to greater service.
The Senator Elect made the pledge following the outpouring of congratulatory messages showed on him following his receive of Certificate of Return, says ” I’ll not fail my dear people of Kogi Central”.
” My mandate is a product of the capacity they people have placed on me in the past and the successes I made in previous tasks. I’m excited that my capacity as stated by the people that made them to elect me has re-energise me to redouble my efforts to do. ” Let me reiterate my commitment to making Ajaokuta work. Let me assure that industrialization will top my priority. Let me assure that job creation for our Youths will take centre stage of my representation. I’ll not relegate Women and youth empowerment with emphasis on girl child education, empowerment and skill acquisition “.
The Senator Elect says he remains eternally grateful to the people of Kogi Central for the mandate placed on him as a servant Representative, assured that the confidence reposed on him would not be misplaced, but will be rewarded by effective representation, revitalization of Ajaokuta Steel Company, Improved roads, quality legislation that will aid education infrastructure, youths, women empowerment.
