The People’s Democratic Party leadership forum in Ijumu Arin has congratulated the former Deputy Chief of Staff to Kogi State government, Prince Richard Akanmode on his confirmation by the High Court, as the PDP Zonal Chairman, Kogi West.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the leadership forum, Pastor Stanley Ajileye and his secretary, Elder Rotimi Abiodun Moses, the forum says it receives the cheering news with great joy and hope that this latest development will once again move the party forward as both parties in the tussle will work together in the spirit of brotherhood, so that enemies of our great party, who are fanning the embers of disagreement within us will be put to shame.
The forum, which attests to the magnanimity of Prince Richard Akanmode, Aiyetoro Gbede prince to embrace his victory with such noble character he was known for.
While praying for wisdom and grace in his new office, the forum leaders pledge their support for the humble prince in all efforts at moving the party forward.
