A federal high court sitting in Lokoja, has affirmed Hon. Uchola Ojogbane Omale as the duly elected candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party for Idah federal Constituency.
The court in a ruling today threw away the petition of Mr. Ibrahim John Ocheje, for lacking in merit.
Speaking after the ruling, the PDP Flagbearer called on the petition to join hands with him in making the PDP victory in the forthcoming election overwhelming.
He described the ruling as victory for all members of the PDP, said it is a no victor no vanquish judgement.
