As the screening of aspirants for the IGALA CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION (ICDA) continues, the national electoral committee has mandated all aspirants to forward their duly completed & signed EXPRESSION OF INTEREST & NOMINATION FORMS to the following email for documentation and record purpose.
