HRH, Alhaji Salihu Adaji, Onuh Itobe, has praised the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, HRM Alhaji Dr Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje for his efforts at the unification of the Muslim Ummah and people of the State since his assumption of office.
The Onuh Itobe made the disclosure while making a remarks at JNI and at Council of Ulamaau Secretariat, Lokoja during a special Royal visit, described the visit as significant to the Muslims.
The Onuh emphasized the need for a more united Kogi State so as to witness meaningful development, commended the Ohinoyi for the early steps he has taken in the unification of the Muslim Ummah since his ascension to the throne of his forefathers.
The Onuh Itobe said no meaningful development can be achieved by the Ummah when there is no unity, called on the Ohinoyi to sustain the feat he has begun.
The Ohinoyi who is the Vice President Jama’atu Nasril Islam, is also the Coordinator, North Central traditional rulers Council, Vice President, Kogi State Council of Chiefs, and Patron of Council of Ulamaau in the State described unity as the bedrock of progress.
He assured that he would be a servant and messenger to all that crosses his path, irrespective of religion and tribe.
The Onuh Itobe joined in the presentation of gifts to the Monarch by the JNI and CoU.
