I wish to express my sincere appreciation to HRH Olu Sunday Ojo TEMIDAYO, the Olu Odae Bunu Kingdom and Chairman Aku Mérin dinlogun, Bunu for bestowing on me what I acknowledged as a prestigious honourary title, the “ATAYESE” of Odae Bunu Kingdom.
I also want to specially thank our father, a highly revered Transitional Ruler, HRM, Oba J O Ikusemoro, the Olubunu of Bunu Kingdom for his high powered representation at the event.
I thank all our Royal Fathers all over Bunuland for this great honour.
I feel very honoured with the honourary title. It shows that the Kabiyesi and the People of Odae Bunu Kingdom appreciate all our contributions to the community and Bunuland.
Secondly, l decided to accept this honourary title, knowing fully well that this will bring me closer to the grassroots and provide more opportunities to make significant impact on the people of Odae-Bunu and it’s environs.
The honourary title comes with responsibility no doubt, but I want to assure you that I will live up to expectations by the Grace of God almighty.
