The Member Representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency Hon. Lawal Muhammadu Idirisu extends his felicitations and sincere compliments to the Christian faithfuls across the globe and Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in particular on the celebration of Christmas and prosperous New year.
As we once again celebrate this wonderful year Christmas of good tidings , occassioned by the birthday of Jesus Christ, we should be thankful and give all the glory for the joys , victories, healings, strength, weakness, blessings, dissapointments, fortitude which we all have passed through and endured all the happenings that shaped this year 2021.
This year has been an eventful year as a nation and wishes to express my profound gratitude to all the Christian faithfuls for their commitments , love , courage and steadfastness in keeping faith and ensuring our political victories and the sustenance and consolidation of our democratic culture in all spheres of the elections across the state.
There is no doubt whatsoever by the enormous challenges faced most especially the global pandemic Covid-19 threatening the peace of our great country and also the threat of the Omicron variant in the air . Using this medium to urge all the Christian faithfuls and the general public to try as much as possible to observe the Covid-19 protocols by maintaining social distance, the use of face masks and regular washing of the hands .
We give glory to God for keeping us in good health for witnessing yet another Christmas and urge the Christian faithfuls to put their faith and trust in the course of building a stronger relationship in the New year . Wishing all that embarked on journey a successful drive thro and fro.
