Hon. Danladi Aguye mourns with Lokoja LG, Kupa community over tragic bandits’ attack.

The Member Representing Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency, Hon. Danladi Suleiman Aguye, has expressed deep sadness over the unfortunate attack and killing of innocent lives by suspected bandits in Kupa community of Lokoja Local Government.
Hon. Aguye strongly condemned the heinous act, describing it as barbaric, inhuman, and a grave assault on the peace and security of the people. He noted that such acts of violence not only threaten the safety of lives and property but also destabilize the socio-economic wellbeing of affected communities.
While commiserating with the bereaved families, the people of Kupa community, and Lokoja Local Government at large, Hon. Aguye prayed for the peaceful repose of the souls of those who lost their lives in the tragic incident. He further called on relevant security agencies to intensify efforts in apprehending the perpetrators and bring them to account for their crimes and ensuring that such occurrences are prevented in the future.
He reassured his constituents of his commitment to continue advocating for enhanced security interventions across Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency, stressing that the protection of lives and property remains paramount.
The honourable said at this painful time, his heart and prayers are with the families of the victims, the Kupa community, and the entire Lokoja Local Government. May God comfort them and grant eternal rest to the departed, Hon. Aguye stated.
