Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael Calls For More Tactical Approach To Combat Insecurity

The Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area Caretaker Chairman, Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael has called on relevant stakeholders, security agencies, Local Hunters Yanbanga Fulanis, and Kogi Vigilante Group in the local government area to employ a more tactical approach in combating insecurity.

The Chairman, who stated this at an expanded security meeting held at the Seriki Fulani, Offere Bunu, said that security operatives must work on response time during emergencies.

Zacchaeus, at the meeting, called for more cooperation and collaboration among security agencies, governments and the traditional institutions in the local government area adding that such cooperation has helped to improve the security situation of our area, noting that the local government area has been relatively peaceful.

While commending the fulani communities for maintaining peace and tranquility in Kabba-Bunu LGA, Zacchaeus called on the traditional and religious leaders to sensitise their people on the need to alert security agents through during emergencies.

Hon (Barr.) Zacchaeus Dare Michael said that his administration would continue to provide necessary support and encouragement to the security agencies so that they can keep the local government area safe and secured.

In his remarks, the Seriki Fulani, Alhaji Wokili thanked the chairman for visiting his people and he assure the people’s leader the readiness of his people to support him in fighting criminalities in their domain.

He also promise the chairman of a safe, secure and peaceful society.

Conclusively, the chairman commended the security agencies, Local Hunters Yanbanga and others for their commitment and efforts in security lives and property of the Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area residents.
