Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim Unveils Women in Focus and HABZ Foundation to Mobilise Support for Tinubu, Ododo’s Re-election
As Sadauna Isa Pours Glowing Tributes on Her Over Chieftaincy Title

In a bold move aimed at strengthening the support base of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim has unveiled Women in Focus for Asiwaju 2027 and the HABZ Foundation, initiatives designed to galvanise nationwide support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim, popularly known as the Jaruma Mata of Africa and holder of the Igala chieftaincy title Omi-Akele Atta-Igala, unveiled the platforms during a ceremony held at her Opolega–Ankpa residence. The event was organised on the sidelines of a grand reception in her honour following the conferment of the chieftaincy title on Monday, December 29, 2025.
The ceremony attracted APC chieftains and loyalists, family members, and well-wishers from across the country.
In her opening remarks, Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim explained that Women in Focus for Asiwaju 2027 would mobilise women across the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory to ensure overwhelming support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, and other APC-controlled states.
Speaking on the HABZ Foundation, the North-Central Women Leader of Team Tinubu 2027 said the foundation was established to deepen her humanitarian interventions and improve the lives of vulnerable Nigerians. She noted that the foundation would also serve as a platform for collaboration and synergy with private individuals and corporate organisations.
She reaffirmed her unwavering commitment to the re-election of President Tinubu, stating that the First Family has played a significant role in her personal and political journey. According to her, many of her achievements were made possible through her closeness to the President’s family, particularly Seyi Tinubu, whom she acknowledged as a benefactor in her political success.
Also speaking at the event, Dr Abdulazeez Abba Hassan, President of Nigerian Youths for Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) and holder of the titles Sadauna Isa Sokoto and Dan Darama Isa Sokoto, urged the people of Ankpa Local Government Area to support Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim’s political aspirations to ensure the re-election of President Tinubu and Governor Ododo in 2027.
He described Hajia Ramatu Ibrahim as an outstanding politician whose influence is recognised across all levels of government in Nigeria, adding that efforts were underway to see her occupy a prominent political office after the 2027 elections.
Dr Hassan congratulated her on the chieftaincy title, describing it as a reflection of her selflessness, community service, detribalised outlook, and unwavering commitment to uplifting people irrespective of ethnic or religious backgrounds, noting that the honour was well deserved.
