GOVERNOR ODODO HOSTS KOGI-BORN LITTLE MISS NIGERIA 2026 QUEEN AISHA AUDU, HER COUNTERPART QUEEN PRISTINE

The Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has hosted the Kogi-born winner of Little Miss Nigeria 2026, Queen Aisha Salau Audu, alongside her counterpart, Queen Pristine Somadina Chinedu, at the Government House, Lokoja.
The visit, which took place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, marked a significant moment of pride and celebration for Kogi State as Queen Aisha, a 10-year-old indigene of the state, returned home following her emergence as the overall winner of the Little Miss Nigeria 2026 pageant.
Queen Aisha, who is also an Ebira girl and the immediate past Little Miss Kogi, clinched the prestigious national crown, bringing honour and recognition to Kogi State through her outstanding performance at the national competition.
She was accompanied by Queen Pristine Somadina Chinedu, who represented Imo State and emerged as the second runner-up at the competition, winning the Little Miss Nigeria International crown.
The visit provided an opportunity to present the young queens to the Governor and celebrate their achievements, which underscore the importance of nurturing children’s talents, building confidence and creating opportunities for young people to excel beyond their immediate environment.
