Governor of Kog State, Yahaya Bello has approved the reappointment of education secretaries in the state.
In a statement signed by the Executive Chairman of Kogi State SUBEB, Comrade Abdullahi Ndalayi Suleiman, the appointment is for a fresh tenure of four years.
According to Suleiman, the approval is with immediate effect.
Recall that the current education secretaries were appointed on February 8, 2018 for a 5-year single tenure.
However, the current administration in the state known for its reforms and enduring faith in continuity, reversed the appointment to a renewable 4-year tenure.
All 21 education secretaries were reappointed.
