Gov. Ododo’s Supreme Court victory divine, people’s wishes, aspirations — Kogi Water Resources Commissioner.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Water Resources, Engr Yahaya MD Farouk has facilitated with Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his Supreme Court victory, confirming his election as the duly elected Governor of Kogi State.
The Commissioner in his congratulatory message issued to Newsmen, emphasized the divine nature of the victory, seeing it as a call for more service to the People of the state.
He said God would not have allowed the truncation of the quality services the Governor has been rendering to the people of the state since his assumption of office.
He praised Gov. Ododo for his prompt payment of civil servants’ salaries, pension , infrastructure revolution and his efforts to rehabilitate all water facilities in the State among other welfare packages for the people of Kogi State.
The Commissioner assured Gov. Ododo of the resolve of the people of the State by reason of his good works, described his administration’s programmes and policies as people oriented.
The Commissioner prayed to God to continue to endow Gov. Ododo with good health, long life and the wisdom to discharge his duties as Governor of the state.
He used the opportunity to call on the entire people of state to rededicate themselves to administration of Gov Ododo, insisting that the present administration is committed to bringing development to the people.
