Gov. Ododo’s security investments have made Kogi State one of the safest – Hon. Sunday Ogah.
… Insists that there is no alternative to Ododo in 2027.
The commitment of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo to security has been described as unprecedented in the country, pointing out that he has shown political will, spending billions of Naira towards ensuring that Kogi State remains secured.
The Special Adviser to Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo on Community Service and Founder, ODODO is OK Movement, Hon. Ogah Sunday, made the disclosure in a statement issued to Newsmen, said with the ongoing measures the Governor has put in place, expressed optimism that the forthcoming yuletide season is safe for those travelling in and out of the State.
The Special Adviser urged the citizens of the State to join hands with the Governor, availing information to security agencies, insisting that with the stupendous amount Gov. Ododo is spending on security, people of the State will sleep with their two eyes closed during the festive season.
” Without mincing words and juxtaposing happening in the State compared to other states, Kogi is safe. I urge people planning to return home for Christmas to do so with the assurances that Gov. Ododo has created an enabling environment for people to go about their normal business.
“The Governor’s encouragement to security agencies, with his support to community policing speaks volumes. His recent absorbing of vigilante into the State Civil Service remains a masterstrock.
“Gov. Ododo deserves all the support from Kogites. His second term in office by 2027 is not negotiable. I make bold to say his investment in security vehicles and gadgets has made the State one of the most secured.
“Gov Ododo has made the APC a Party for all. As we speak with his unprecedented development strides, there is no vacancy in Lugard House come 2027. We cannot change a winning team. No sane society will change a game changer, in the mould of Gov. Ododo who has turn things around positively in the State.
“Gov. Ododo has like never before demystified Governance, bringing people oriented administration to the doorsteps of the people”.
The Special Adviser urge members of the APC to blow the trumpet of the good works the Governor is doing, insisting that he has made the Party proud.
“I urge all the party faithful to be loyal to Gov. Ododo by giving their total supports”, because in Kogi we have no alternative to the Chief Servant.
