Gov. Ododo’s second term not negotiable – Prince Kolawole
… Says I have no regret being first to endorse, Tinubu, Ododo a year ago.
The immediate past Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Prince Mathew Kolawole says he has no regrets being the first person in the State to declare that Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo and President Ahmed Bola Tinubu deserve and would get a second term in office.
The former Speaker while making a sincere assessment of the administration of Gov Ododo and President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, pointed out that he was quick to note from the early steps of Gov. Ododo’s style administration in doing things differently, impacting the lives of the citizens.
According to the former Speaker, ” Recalled that during a public function at the Mohammadu Buhari Civic Centre, while I was privileged to speak on behalf of Kogi West last year. I was categorical, that Gov. Ododo will get a second term, with his style of administration “, said he has no regret and stand by his endorsement.
Similarly, Prince Kolawole praised former Governor Yahaya Bello for the gift of Gov. Ododo to the State, pointing out that his administration impact in all strata of socio economic development, can be seen and felt across the State.
” It is the prayer of every father to see that his children excel and do more positive exploits in touching lives and good governance. I’m happy that Gov. Ododo is not disappointing his predecessor in providing good governance to Kogi State”.
The former Speaker assured President Ahmed Bola Tinubu of a safe Kogi State, come 2027, pointing out that the State, as driven by the president’s administration’s policies, and through Gov. Ododo, will deliver a hundred percent votes for President Tinubu and the APC.
” Permit me to be categorical. In Kogi, we have no opposition to the APC. To this end, President Tinubu should be rest assured that with former Gov Yahaya Bello and Gov. Usman Ododo, remains a no go area for any political party in 2027, as APC is the only party in the State to deliver the President and Gov. Ododo”.
Prince Kolawole called on the people of Kogi State and Nigerians as a whole to remain committed to supporting the APC, pointing out that so much positive impact has been made under the leadership of Gov Ododo and President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
