Gov. Ododo’s Choice For Kogi State is Divinely Inspired – Kabba Bunu CTC Chairman.
The Choice of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo as Governor, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, Kabba Bunu Caretaker Chairman said is Divinely Inspired by God reason why the State is experiencing a new lease of life.
The Kabba Bunu LGA CTC Chairman made the disclosure in a Press Conference, said his choice as influenced by Alhaji Yahaya Bello and voted overwhelming by the people of Kogi State is inspired by God.
The CTC Chairman scored Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo 100% in his 100 days in office, said the facts are visible and available for all eyes to see that it is a new dawn in Kogi State.
Barr. Dare described the administration of Gov Ododo as one that has made Youth and Students enjoy a pride of place.
Similarly, he praised the administration of Gov. Ododo for having a human face, said he has done excellently well in his first 100 days in office through his simplifying of Governance.
The Chairman said the administration has scored an excellent mark in the first 100 days praised the present administration for making the welfare of workers, the people, Youths and Students his priority.
According to Barr. Dare, “The Governor has truly proven that students and Youths are his Constituency. The Governor has matched words with action since his assumption of office in his welfare packages for students and Youths”.
” His resuscitation of the bursary scheme for students will go a long way for the students in view of the current economic hardship”.
“Students and Youths subvention have been paid in arrears. He has made students and Youths inclusion a priority of his administration”.
” In the areas of Infrastructure, the State Governor has approved the construction of a 350 bed hostel in CUSTECH and several other on going work in other Tertiary Institutions of the State. We have seen several
development on campuses across the State”.
” We must commend the administration’s commitment to security by boosting the morale of security agencies. Recently, we saw the distribution of over 500 vehicles to security agencies”.
“The administration open door policy remains commendable. It is important to place on record also that most appointees of the Governor are receptive”.
The CTC Chairman called on the citizens to pray for Gov. Ododo, adding that the Governor is poised to do more for the people in the coming days.
Barr. Dare called for the full support and backings of the people, described Gov. Ododo as a leader who does not make empty promises, adding that he governs with the fear of God”, pointing out that his fear of God in governance is legendary.
Barr. Dare commended the Governor for the NHIS for workers, deliberate efforts to reposition the Agriculture, boosting the security sector with the metropolitan response squad, commended the Governor for the distribution of enough vehicles and motorcycles as well as release of subvention to students and Youths Association.
He concluded by saying, “God has given Kogi a man set for all round development, said his choice is Divinely Inspired”.
He assured that Governor of the support of the people of Kabba bunu LGA all through the remaining term of his administration.
