Gov. Bello’s leadership style of equity, fairness, just in leadership very rare.

Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State have been described as a rare leader, that is just in the governance of the State, with the people of Kogi State asked to cease the opportunity of the forthcoming November governorship election to ensure the consolidation of the achievements the State has recorded under his Leadership by voting enmass for Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo the All Progressives Congress Governorship Candidate.

Speaking in Ankpa Thursday, a community leader, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris Atakida, described the administration of Gov. Bello as one that has changed the narratives in terms of fairness and equitable distribution of infrastructure to all parts of the State.

The Community leader in a statement issued to Newsmen endorsing the candidature of Alhaji Ododo by the Kogi East Community leaders under the aegis of “United Kogi State”, praised the administration of Gov Bello for the electrification projects Kogi East has enjoyed, a feat he noted has helped in boosting the areas economy.

While pointing out that the administration of Gov. Bello took the bull by the horns to electrify Kogi East, said unlike previous administration’s who were not concerned, the area he explained has remained in darkness and closed for development.

Alhaji Atakida who is the Chairman of the group, explained that Gov. Bello made the provision of power, a key ingredient needed for development, a priority in Kogi East Senatorial District, expressed deep optimism that the area will reward him with support for the APC Flagbearer.

While pointing out that owing to the love that Gov. Bello has shown to the people of Kogi East, called on the people to shun sentiments that are not development inclined, hold on to the promises of the APC Flagbearer that is geared towards sustaining the achievements already laid.

Alhaji Atakida pointed out that the ticket of Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and Comr. Joel Salifu represent the much talked about Kogi Agenda, appealed to the people to support the administration of Gov. Bello and the APC in making the State an envy.

The Community leader said having weighed all options, considering the unity and peaceful coexistence existing amongst the people, said the area have concluded on staying with the APC in the November governorship election.

Alhaji Atakida praised the road revolution Kogi East has witnessed under Gov. Bello, the giant strides recorded in the Prince Abubakar Audu University Ayingba as well as the peace and security the area is enjoying as commendable.

The Community leader and Elderstatesmen, urged the people to shun mundane sentiments in choosing who will sustain the gains achieved under Gov. Bello, described the Governor’s kind of leadership that is inclusive as very rare.

While pointing out that no administration can meet all the yearnings and aspirations of the people within a giving time, assured that the APC Flagbearer has the capacity and competence to build on the solid foundation already laid by the present administration of Gov Bello.

While noting that when compared to other states the issues of salaries to State workers, lauded Gov. Bello for his up to date payment of salaries, praised him for the giant strides witnessed in the education sector, particularly with the establishment of the Confluence University of Science and Technology Osara, GYB Model Science Secondary Schools, employment of teachers, upgrade of infrastructure and accreditation of all courses in all tertiary institutions of the State, described the recent establishment of the Okun University as another signature of Gov. Bello as it regards fairness, equity and Justice.

The Community leader concluded by asking the people to take decisions in the interest of the generations yet unborn, said staying with the APC, means the area can easily access the centre and attract all the democracy dividends to the State and Kogi East in particular.
