His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has approved the appointment of Five (5) new Permanent Secretaries to fill some of the vacancies that existed in the Kogi State Civil Service as a result of the exit (retirement) of the former Permanent Secretaries from Ankpa II, Ijumu, Lokoja I, Lokoja II, and Okene II Local Government Areas respectively.
2. The new Permanent Secretaries are:
Akpa Philips Adama – Ankpa II
Aliyu Ibrahim Shola – Ijumu
Sule Katu Abdullahi – Lokoja I
Shaibu Memunat Dede – Lokoja II
Sanni Abdulganiyu Ahuni – Okene II
3. The Head of Civil Service, Hannah O. Odiyo (Mrs.) FCIA expressed her deep appreciation to His Excellency for his continued interest in the upliftment of the Kogi State Public/Civil Service. She pledged the loyalty and dedication of the Civil Servants to the advancement of the ideals of the new Direction Administration.
4. Consequently, the Head of Civil Service admonishes the new and all Permanent Secretaries in the Service of Kogi State to brace up to the challenges in their various Offices and put in their best for the actualization of the much desired dividends of democracy to the generality of our People.
