The Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has appointed Justice Josiah Mejebi as the State Acting Chief Judge.
Performing the swearing in, Gov. Bello charged the erudite jurist to discharge justice without fear or favour.
While he described the Chief Judge as a man of impeccable character, urged him to sustain the feat, assuring the Judiciary of the present administration support.
Speaking at the occasion, Justice Josiah Mejebi assured of quick dispensation of justice, promised to uphold the tenet of an unbiased judiciary under his watch.
