Flood: You’re hope for the vulnerable, a sincere helper of men, Oda Maruku Community Tells Engr. Bashiru Gegu, Appeals For His Milk of Human Kindness.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr Bashiru Gegu has been described as hope for the vulnerable and a sincere helper of men.
The people of Oda Maruku Community made the disclosure following his intervention in flood ravaged communities of Edeha and it environs, described Engr. Bashiru as a rare personality worthy of following.
The people of the Community expressed joy that his intervention in the mentioned community has helped in alleviating the suffering of the people, however appealed for his intervention also.
The people of Oda Maruku Community said just like the mentioned communities they were equally affected, urged the Commissioner to from his reservoir of milk and kindness come to their aid.
” We are pained having been devastated and are seeking for your touch. Your kind are rare to come by. We are sleeping with our two eyes closed, knowing fully well that you will hear our cry and come to our aid. Please come and wipe away our tears like we know you to always do”.
The people of Oda Maruku Community led by the Traditional Ruler made the appeal as they have been badly affected by the flood.
