The Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has bagged Democracy Newsline Award 2021 as the Most Outstanding Female Minister in Nigeria.
According to information made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the Acting Managing Editor of the media outfit, Temiloluwa Samuel said, it has become imperative to give honor to whom honor is due, stressing that Dr. Aliyu has performed beyond expectations.
He said the Media outfit which is already in the mood of its 11th year celebration of establishment decided to bestow the honor on her considering her outstanding performance in handling COVID-19 pandemic in the FCT and other sectors which fall directly under her office, hence making Kogi state and President Muhammadu Buhari proud of her sterling leadership skills.
The award will be presented to her today in her office by noon and will have in attendance the management staff of her office and that of Goshen Link Enterprises publisher of Democracy Newsline, Democracy Newsline Magazine and democracynewsline.com, an online blog.
