Those Adhoc staffs are hurriedly trained and those used for this election will not be available for the next election because the youth corpers used much have gone after service, inview of this experience will be lacking

How ever it will be advisable for INEC to recruit her Adhoc staffs from teachers, civil society etc who will be permanently available for the job any time they are call upon.

They will be used to the operation of the machine with more experience”.
