The Executive Director, and Founder, Justice Helpline Foundation, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael has commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for the suspension of the Mr. Godwin Emefiele and called for the further arrest of other members of the cabal in the immediate past administration with unholy transactions.
Barr. Dare in a statement issued to Newsmen described the suspension of the CBN Governor as coming at a right time, has sent signals that the new President is out to right the wrong of the past.
While pointing out that the probe of the CBN Governor would go a long way in setting records straight, lamented that the several allegations raised against Mr. Emefiele needs to be investigated, with special emphasis on how his cashless policy sent many Nigerians to there early grave.
Barr. Dare urged President Tinubu to also order a probe into the NNPCL, the office of the former Ministers of Humanitarian Affairs, Minister Justice and Attorney General, and several others associated with alledged financial sleeze in the past administration.
Barr. Dare commended President Tinubu for taking positive steps in the early days of his administration, assured that if sustained, a quality of leadership he is known for, he would deliver the dividends of democracy to the people as promised in his campaign promises.
