APC member Comrade Charles Aloaye Dagana who is vying for the chairmanship position of the Etsako East local government area of Edo state today spoke on the need for youth inclusion in politics .
He expressed the need for youths to take over the mantle of leadership after years of playing the second fiddle.
He added that with the state’s political climate and economic situation surrounding the country at large it will be important the younger generation begin to determine their future by deploying their expertise to proffer solutions to challenges.
Dagana, who is the founder/president of Charles Aloaye Dagana Foundation, noted that he decided to take part in the coming poll to inspire youths, who kept away from politics and leadership positions.
Speaking to our correspondent ,Dagana said if given the party’s ticket, his first agenda would be to transform Etsako council in all ramifications such that would impact on all residents and improve their social and economic status.
