Comr. Victor M.D. Kpanaki
A.k.a Ahead Ahead, No Dulling and a
NAKOSS Stakeholder from Kogi East says the time for Bassa to Produce NAKOSS President is now, described the continued marginalization of the area as unfortunate.

He says enough is enough, as Bassa can no longer be deprived and considered as minority.

In a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja, Comr. Kpanaki
says , the time for Bassa to produce President National Association of Kogi State Students (NAKOSS), remains now and would not be compromised.

“Since inception, we have been marginalized with scheme of zoning which was not legalized and termed as minority from Eastern part of Kogi State (Bassa).

“We have been deprived of so many things and we can no longer be silent anymore. For fairness and equity, it is time for Bassa LGA” .

“This demand is equally predicated and now couple with the understanding we had during the Governorship election in the State where Bassa delivered a 100% for His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo as the Executive Governor of Kogi State”.

“This tempo of understanding must be sustained for the already established status quo. We therefore call on the students, stakeholders and the general public to support Bassa candidate for NAKOSS National President 2024/2025 convention”.

Comr Kpanaki described the statement released by Comr. Idrisu Yahaya as mischievous and false as there was no such agreement in the meeting. Instead, all critical NAKOSS Kogi East Stakeholders agreed in unison that it is time for Bassa LGA as they have been totally marginalized since inception of NAKOSS.
