Engr. Gegu attends farmers empowerment program in Girinya, donate Herbicides, chemicals, Cash to Girinya Ward.
The Kogi State Commissioner For Solid Minerals and Natural Resources, Engr. Bashiru Gegu has empowered farmers with 30 Cartoons of Herbicides, chemicals and Cash to be shared in Girinya Ward.
The donation by the Commissioner is part of his personal support to boost farming in Girinya when he graced an Empowerment program at Girinya community.
The empowerment Powered by Hon. Abdulsalam, known as Blink Jarma of Girinya. Hon. Jarma Empowered over 200 farmers with Knapsacks and Herbicides, Chemicals across Girinya Ward.
Hon Bashir Gegu in his Eloquent speech commended the effort of the donor for creating an opportunity to boost Agriculture in Kogi local government Area.
Engr. Bashiru equally urge other political Appointees to emulate Jarma by bringing Governance to the grassroots, there by assisting the less privilege in other to support the party.
In his kind gesture the Commissioner equally supported the empowerment with 30 Cartoons of Herbicide chemical and Cash to be shared in Girinya ward as part of his own support.
The empowerment program which draw dignitaries from Government Authorities, Prominent APC stakeholders, Executives and party stalwarts, has the likes of Hon Musa Abdulmalik Executive Chairman Kogi local government, Hon. Aliyu Salihu Suleiman, Deputy state party chairman, Hon. Muhammed Muhammed State Apc Youth leader, Hon Abdul Rahman Akabu, Hon. Abdullahi Idowu Suleiman SSA.
Others in attendance include Hon. Ohi Gegu SSA, Hon. Abdulkarim Isah Akoza councilor representing gegu South the majority leader of the council and other wellwishers who commended Jarma for his effort despite his appointment Appointment in the local government.
