Engr. Bashiru Gegu Pays Tributes to Former President Muhammadu Buhari
… Says I have lost a beloved leader, father and grandfather.
It is with profound sadness that I write to offer my deepest condolences to the family of the late President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, and the good people of Nigeria on the passing of our beloved leader, father and grandfather. As Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources in Kogi State, I am honored to pay tribute to a man whose leadership qualities left an indelible mark on our nation.
President Buhari’s tenure as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria was characterized by an unwavering commitment to democracy, stability and progress. His leadership was marked by a strong sense of purpose, discipline and dedication to the welfare of Nigerians. He worked tirelessly to promote economic growth, security and development, leaving a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire future generations.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to the late President Buhari’s family. May President Buhari’s soul rest in perfect peace, and may his legacy continue to guide us towards a brighter future.
I pray that Allah comforts the family and grants them the strength to navigate this difficult time.
