Honourable Vice Chairman of Okene Local Government Represents Engr Abubakar Ohere splashes cash-gifts on women of Kogi Central.
Mrs Bilkisu Avosuahi Aliyu who was accompanied by the Vice Chairmen of Okehi Local Government and Adavi Local Government led members of Ohere Central Network to the compound of Honourable Ochu Jimoh to participate in the empowerment program organized by Engr Abubakar Ohere, the Commissioner for works and housing under the leadership and umbrella of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello the Executive Governor of Kogi State.
The Commissioner who is known for always unleashing unalloyed supports to the Government of Kogi State as part of his obligations and duty under the fatherly leadership of the well respected Governor of the State was once again received through the Honourable Vice Chairman of Okene Local Government, Honourable Enyuse.
The support groups under the watch of Engr Ohere extols the Government of Kogi State and appreciate the efforts of the Government especially for trusting their Son and Father, Dr Abubakar Ohere Sadiq with assignments and errands in the State and also appreciate the sincerity in the activities of the Commissioner.
All members of respective support groups and coordinators were all around Honourable Ochu Jimoh to activate support in ensuring that the event starts and end beautifully. In attendance were also women leaders and executives of the Local Government and also the mother of the Vice Chairman who is the mother Yusuf Adabenege Otaru.
The track records and successful programs anchored by the groups under Ohere were outlined and encouragements were unveiled on them to continue in the decision making process if their society municipally. The group had in the past attracted benefits from the Government especially for the widows and orphans in this very group.
Ochu Support Group and Ochu Concern Forum expresses gratitude over Engr Ohere’s efficiency in Kogi State Government. Ochu reminds forum of continuous and solid support for GYB-PYB project.
The Honourable Vice Chairman in her speech describe Engr. Ohere as a man of principle and discipline. The Commissioner who delegated Hon. Enyuse to represent him was received beautifully and words of encouragement were sent to the Commissioner from the people. Hon. Enyuse who outlined the efforts of Engr. Ohere in the local Government and now in the ministry of works and housing has describe Ohere’s magnanimity in goodness and support to the people of the State. Also encouraged the people to deliver and start evangelizing the big project at hand which is GYB2PYB 2023.
