Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu Condoles Kakanda Kingdom Over the Demise of HRH Alhaji Mohammed Sani Alhassan
The Kogi State Commissioner for Solid Minerals and Natural Resources,Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the people of Kakanda Kingdom following the passing of their paramount ruler, His Royal Highness Alhaji Mohammed Sani Alhassan, the Agankyu of Kakanda.
In a statement, Engr. Bashir Gegu described the late ruler as a revered leader whose wisdom, dedication, and commitment to the growth and unity of Kakanda Kingdom were unparalleled. He emphasized that HRH Alhaji Sani Mohammed’s contributions to the peace and development of the community will forever remain in the hearts of the people.
“The passing of His Royal Highness Alhaji Sani Mohammed is a great loss not only to Kakanda Kingdom but to Kogi State as a whole. His leadership and vision brought progress and harmony to his people, and his legacy will continue to inspire us all. I extend my deepest sympathies to the royal family, the people of Kakanda, Lokoja Local Government Council and all those mourning this monumental loss. May his soul rest in perfect peace,” Engr Bashir stated.
The Commissioner urged the people of Kakanda Kingdom to remain united and uphold the values and principles the late ruler championed during his reign. He prayed for strength and comfort for the royal family and the entire community during this difficult time.
HRH Alhaji Sani Mohammed will be remembered as a symbol of leadership, peace, and service to his people.
