ELDER JAJA MINAKIRI BAGS UNITED NATIONS AWARD, REITERATES COMMITMENT TOWARDS CONFLICTS RESOLUTION.

It was Yet another day of Promotion and Recognition for Elder Jaja Minakiri Anderson, as the International Association of World Peace Advocates, one of the United Nations peace Volunteers, accorded him with an Award as an Eminent Peace Ambassador of the United Nations, an appointment that came after he was Conferred with the Chartered Fellowship Award of the Association, the Nigerianpost has learnt.
Elder Jaja was honoured alongside other distinguished Nigerians at a Ceremony, Organised to Commemorate the 2023 International Day of Migration, with a theme,” Celebrating Migration Towards Sustainable Development”, held at the Auditorium of the National merit Award House, Maitama Abuja, Thursday December 14,2023, a Ceremony that was attended by top Governments functionaries, Political office holders, Representatives of Non-governmental Organizations, (NGOs) and the Civil Society Organizations ( CSOs) respectively.
Reacting to honour accorded him, Elder, Ambassador Jaja remarked that,his appointment as an Eminent Peace Ambassador came to him as a Surprise, adding that the Award was a mark of honour and recognition for his little Contributions towards a peaceful and crises free Society, and that the Award would definitely Spur him for more Committed and dedicated Services, towards Peace building that will ensure harmonious Coexistence, and Conflicts resolutions in the Nigeria and humanity at Large.
Ambassador Minakiri also said that,peace building and Conflicts resolution has been what he does with Passion, and that, with the Eminent Peace Ambassador’s Award Conferred on him,he would step up his efforts in doing same to the glory of God and to the benefits of humanity.
Continuing, he said moving forward,his attention will be focused on human Capital development and Capacity building, particularly on the youth, so that they could have meaningful Source of livelihood and be useful to themselves as well.
