Abdullahi Sule, for putting all necessary arrangements in place ahead of the state’s presidential campaign rally scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
The Commissioner made this commendation while speaking with our correspondent during an inspection tour of Lafia Square, the venue of the rally, to assess the level of preparations ahead of the event.
She noted that Governor Sule had put together a formidable team to ensure a befitting, conducive and hitch-free reception for President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Bola Ahmed Tinubu; Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima; and members of the National Working Committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Princess Elayo further disclosed that the people of Nasarawa State were excited and eagerly looking forward to receiving President Tinubu, whom she said had done a lot for the state through the efforts of Governor Abdullahi Sule.
“As you can see, the atmosphere is already charged. The people of the state are excited and looking forward to the rally,” she said.
The Commissioner also assured that women, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and various support groups across the state were fully prepared to turn out en masse to welcome the President and express their appreciation for his administration’s contributions to the state.
She added that the Honourable Minister representing the state had earlier spearheaded a mobilisation and sensitisation campaign to ensure adequate awareness and participation ahead of the President’s visit.
Finally, Princess Elayo appealed to women across the State to turn out in large numbers in solidarity with their workaholic and indefatigable Governor to welcome President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council to the State.
