Kogi State Commissioner for Water resources Hon. Abdulmumin Danga felicitates with all the Muslim ummah over the birth of Prophet Muhammad.
Hon. Danga reiterates that “the greatest honour Muslims could do to Prophet Muhammad is to follow his shining examples of non-violence, peaceful disposition and remarkable virtues of patience.”
In his goodwill message to the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of the Maulud celebration to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, Hon. Danga emphasized that we should always put into practice the great virtues for which the Holy Prophet Muhammad is historically famous and revered that have a far greater impact on changing our attitudes and behaviours.
He expressed his confidence that this important Islamic Celebration of Eid-el-Maulud would help to promote mutual harmony and tolerance among all Nigerians and urges the adherents of the Islamic faith to rededicate themselves to uphold the injunctions of the Holy Quran in their personal life, our relationship with others and Pray for the Peace of our Nation.
He Prayed that Almighty Allah will Continue to Guide, direct and uphold our Leader His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello Executive Governor, Kogi State and all other leaders across the Nation at Various level, may Allah’s Peace Blessings and Favour Envelope us Ameen.
