I wish to felicitate with all Muslims, especially the members of of Jamatul Nasir Islam, JNI on this blessed day of Eid El Kabir.
I sincerely seek for collective sacrifice from leaders, and citizens of the Islamic faith to abide by the injunction of Allah as exemplified by prophet Ibrahim as in the sacrifice that we do today.
The National All Progressive Congress Stalwart also felicitates with Muslim faithfuls across the globe, particularly Kogi state, the Maigeri of Lokoja on the occasion of the 2022 Eid el Kabir celebration.
H,E Abdulkareem Isah Wambai wish to call on leaders at the helms of affairs and citizens to put aside individual interests in a bid to ensure that our country reaches the pinnacle of development where it rightly belong.
I am of the belief that this festive season is another time to seek God’s face as it concerns the affairs of our dear nation, which was not only facing hard times in the areas of insecurity but as largely affected by the global, regional and national plunging of economic realities.
I call on Muslims to emulate the sacrifice and total submission to Allah just as Prophet Ibrahim did, and to extend their arm of benevolence and kindness to their neighbours irrespective of their tribes or religion.
While assuring every one in the state of their safety throughout and after the festivities, as has been ensured by his excellency President Muhammodu Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I wish to caution the citizens to be vigilant while they celebrate as they take personal responsibility to report any suspicious activity or persons to the security agencies.
Finally I hereby Congratulate his Majesty Agaabaidu the Ohimege Igu Kingdom , Kogi Koto Karfi and Chairman Area traditional council Alhaji Abdulrazak Isah Koto for his firm grip of the leadership of his domain and his progressive strides in its development.
